1. Company Presentation
The website Méditation Collective (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is operated by ODYSSEE H, a limited liability company (SARL) registered under number 824992473, with its registered office located at 13 RUE SAINTE URSULE, 31000 TOULOUSE, FRANCE.
ODYSSEE H provides coaching training and support for mindfulness meditation practice, accessible through its website.

2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) govern all transactions carried out on the Website. They apply to any order placed by a user (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”), whether an individual or a professional. Any order implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTCs.
3. Services Offered
ODYSSEE H provides:
Coaching training (online and in-person)
Mindfulness meditation support
Group and individual sessions
The descriptions of services, pricing, and terms are specified on the Website.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Payment is made online via secure payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, Stripe).
ODYSSEE H reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with no retroactive effect on already confirmed orders.
In case of non-payment, access to services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
5. Booking and Access to Services
Online Training: Access is provided via email after payment confirmation.
In-Person Training: Dates, locations, and schedules are communicated after registration validation.
Individual Support: An appointment is scheduled with the Client after booking and payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal for an online training purchase, unless the service was consumed immediately after purchase.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
• More than 7 days before the service: Full refund.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before the service: 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the service: No refund.
7. Responsibilities and Commitments
ODYSSEE H is committed to providing high-quality services but does not guarantee specific results from training and coaching sessions.
Clients are responsible for their own commitment to practicing and applying the teachings.
ODYSSEE H shall not be held liable for temporary website interruptions or access difficulties beyond its control.
8. Personal Data Protection
ODYSSEE H complies with current regulations on personal data protection (GDPR).
Client data is collected solely for service management purposes and is never sold to third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, images, videos, training materials) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of ODYSSEE H. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.
10. Disputes and Mediation
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Mediation: If no resolution is found, the Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
Competent Court: If mediation fails, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of ODYSSEE H’s registered office.
11. Changes to the GTCs
ODYSSEE H reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) at any time.
The updated conditions will apply to orders placed after their publication on the Website.
By confirming an order on the Website, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
